• 1. Application Forms

  The application must be filled out online. The applicant's parent or guardian should start the online application. Applicants should only complete the student section. Submit the completed application electronically, along with the $75 application fee no later than December 16, 2024.

• 2. Teacher Recommendations

  St. Agnes asks that all applicants submit teacher recommendation forms from their current 8th grade English Teacher and Math Teacher. Teachers will complete the forms and then send them directly to the St. Agnes Admissions Office.
  
  Your daughter's teachers can complete the recommendation forms electronically. To do this, please follow the steps located in your checklist listed as Math Recommendation Form and English Recommendation Form. It is best that teachers get to know the applicant well, therefore, we ask that you do not submit recommendation forms before December 1st.
  
  If your daughter's teachers prefer to complete the forms by hand, you may print the forms (math and English) and give to your daughter's current 8th grade Math and English teacher. They will email this recommendation form directly to the St. Agnes Admissions Office. All forms are due January 15, 2025. 
  
  Teacher recommendations may be emailed to Admissions@st-agnes.org 

• 3. School Records

  Final report cards from the previous two grades and first semester of their current grade are required. You will find (on your applicant checklist) instructions to upload each report card.
  
  If you would like to request this information be provided from the school, please print the records release form and submit to any relevant schools for completion. All transcripts are due by January 15, 2025.
  
  Report cards may be emailed to admissions@st-agnes.org.

• 4. Entrance Exam

  All applicants are required to submit one entrance exam score to be considered for admission. St. Agnes only accepts the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) test score. Students are welcome to take the ISEE at any testing location offered. St. Agnes will accept and review up to 2 ISEE results. Please know if an applicant wants to take the ISEE twice, they must take the first exam before December 1 per ERB testing guidelines.
  
  St. Agnes will host the ISEE exam on campus on November 9, 2024. Find ISEE testing locations here.  The St. Agnes Academy school code is 443420. 
  
  Applicants should take the ISEE no later than February 1, 2025.
