How to Apply as a 9th grader

• 1. Application Forms

  
  

  Applications for the 2027-2028 school year are available here.
  Application form is due December 15, 2026.
  

• 2. Teacher Recommendations

  St. Agnes requires all applicants to submit teacher recommendation forms from their current 8th grade English and Math teachers.
  
  Recommendations may be requested through your daughter’s application portal. Simply enter each teacher’s name and email address in the appropriate section of the checklist, and a link to complete and submit the form will be sent directly to the teacher. 
  
  All recommendation forms are due by January 15, 2027.
  
  Teacher recommendations may be emailed to Admissions@st-agnes.org 

• 3. School Records

  All ninth grade applicants must submit final report cards from 6th and 7th grades, as well as a complete first-semester 8th grade report card. 
  
  Report cards must be uploaded through our application portal. 
  
  School records are due by January 15, 2027.
  
  St. Agnes no longer accepts bulk records (transcripts and teacher recommendations) from sending schools. All files must be uploaded in the application portal.

• 4. Entrance Exam

  
  All applicants are required to submit one entrance exam score to be considered for admission. St. Agnes only accepts the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) test score. Students are welcome to take the ISEE at any testing location offered. St. Agnes will accept and review up to 2 ISEE results. Please know if an applicant wants to take the ISEE twice, they must take the first exam before December 1 per ERB testing guidelines.
  
  St. Agnes will host the ISEE exam on campus on November 14, 2026. Find ISEE testing locations here.  Registration for the ISEE will open August 1, 2026. The St. Agnes Academy school code is 443420. 
  
  Applicants should take the ISEE no later than February 1, 2027.
