How to Apply as a 10th or 11th grader

• 1. Application Forms

  Applications for the 2027-202 school year are available here. 

  Application form is due December 15, 2026.

• 2. Teacher Recommendations

  St. Agnes requires all applicants to submit teacher recommendation forms from their current English and Math teachers.
  
  Recommendations may be requested through your daughter’s application portal. Simply enter each teacher’s name and email address in the appropriate section of the checklist, and a link to complete and submit the form will be sent directly to the teacher. 
  
  All recommendation forms are due by January 15, 2027.

• 3. School Records

  Final report cards from the previous two grade levels, as well as the first-semester report card from the current school year, are required.
  
  Report cards must be uploaded through the application portal. A place to upload each report card can be found on the checklist within the portal.
  
  School records are due by January 15, 2027.
  
  St. Agnes no longer accepts bulk records (transcripts and teacher recommendations) from sending schools. All files must be uploaded in the application portal.
  
  

• 4. ISEE/PSAT

  All applicants are required to submit one entrance exam score to be considered for admission. St. Agnes will accept test scores from the PSAT, SAT, or Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) for the 2027-2028 application year. Students are welcome to take the ISEE, at any testing location offered.
  
  St. Agnes will host the ISEE exam on Saturday, November 14, 2026.
  Find ISEE testing locations here. The St. Agnes Academy school code is 443420. To see and register for the St. Agnes test date, you will need to create a parent login and then register. 
  
  Applicants should take the PSAT, SAT, or ISEE no later than February 1, 2027.
