• 1. Application Forms

  The application must be filled out online. The applicant's parent or guardian should start the online application. Applicants should complete the student section. Submit the completed application electronically, along with the $125 application fee no later than December 16, 2024.

• 2. Teacher Recommendations

  St. Agnes asks that all applicants submit teacher recommendation forms from their current English and Math Teachers. Teachers will complete the forms and then send them directly to the St. Agnes Admissions Office.
  
  Your daughter's teachers can complete the recommendation forms electronically. To do this, please follow the steps located in your checklist listed as Math Recommendation Form and English Recommendation Form. It is best that teachers get to know the applicant well, therefore, we ask that you do not submit recommendation forms before December 1st.
  
  If your daughter's teachers prefer to complete the forms by hand, you may print the forms (math and English) and give to your daughter's current Math and English teacher. They will email this recommendation form directly to the St. Agnes Admissions Office. All forms are due January 15, 2025.
  
  Teacher recommendations may be emailed to Admissions@st-agnes.org 
  

• 3. School Records

  Final report cards from the previous two grades and first semester of current grade are required. You will find (on your applicant checklist) instructions to upload each report card. 
  
  If you would like to request this information be provided from the school, please print the records release form and submit to any relevant schools for completion. All transcripts are due by January 15, 2025.
  

• 4. ISEE/PSAT

  All applicants are required to submit one entrance exam score to be considered for admission. St. Agnes will accept test scores from the PSAT, SAT, or Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) for the 2025-2026 application year. Students are welcome to take the ISEE, at any testing location offered.
  
  St. Agnes will host the ISEE exam on Saturday, November 9, 2024.
  Find ISEE testing locations here. The St. Agnes Academy school code is 443420. To see and register for the St. Agnes test date, you will need to create a parent login and then register. 
  
  Applicants should take the PSAT, SAT, or ISEE no later than February 1, 2025.
